Nikita’s bespoke lampshades are the most beautiful addition you need in your home. Her customer service is superb, delivery on time A1. I haven’t yet put my shade up as I’m moving home but taking it out of the box, it is delicate, intricate while being far more sturdy then anything you can purchase at the local lighting store. Great materials used, tassels hang perfectly, the lamp is thick and heavy, great quality. The color of the shell is not everything I was hoping for (I was hoping for cream/off-white). This is more like yellowish /brown. For the pics posted in the ad, I’m sure lighting had something to do with it the shell color appears to be much lighter. So, ask for better pictures before purchasing even ask for natural lighting before buying. Outside of the color of the shell. Feels like a dream come true to own one of this type of lampshades in my home. Screams elegance at its finest. The seller was easy and pleasant to work with. Delivery was timely with good communication. Definitely will purchase again from this seller.

The lampshade is beautiful ! A little smaller than I expected but not a problem. UPS brought it to the wrong house but seller sent me a picture of the package delivery so I was able to track down the correct house and get it! It’s very beautiful - I definitely would recommend!

I understand it was out of the shop owners hands, and I'm not sure what they could have done differently, that could have prevented the damage. The shop owner was very accommodating, and offered a replacment or refund.
